Bright Booking Policy

Your appointment is very important to the Bright team of stylists. We ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide us with 24-hour notice. This way our stylists here at Bright will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly. Any notice given less than 24 hours or “no shows” will be charged 50% of their service fee upon our discretion. Clients will not be charged for canceling within 24 hours in the instance of illness or family emergency.

Additionally, we offer online booking at brightsalon.com. To book an appointment online patrons will be charged 50% of the service fee to hold their appointment time. This charge will be applied to the balance on the service fee and used to pay for the service at checkout. Your online booking will not be credited if your appointment is cancelled. It will be applied to store credit unless the client calls the salon.

As always, clients with their credit card on file are able to order products over the phone and said products will be available for curbside pick up.
